पटना :इन दिनों पूरे पटना में आला अधिकारी के आदेशानुसार जमींदार (ASI) को चालान नही काटना था और ना ही गाड़ी चेकिंग करना था। जिसके बजह से सिपाही लोगो की उपर की इनकम बंद हो गया था। तो लोग मयूश रहने लगे थे। जब आला अधिकारी के आदेश से सब इस्पेक्टर (SI) अशोक कुमार यादव को पटना के राजेंद्र नगर आर एन सिंह मोड़ यातायात पोस्ट पर पद स्थापित किया गया तो सिपाही पवन कुमार एवं होमगार्ड स्टाफ शिवकुमार के द्वारा पुल के नीचे जाम वाहन को छुड़ाने के बजाय सिपाही पवन कुमार सिंह एवं होमगार्ड स्टाफ शिवकुमार के द्वारा लगातार वाहन चेकिंग पर ध्यान दिया जा रहा है क्योंकि काफी दिनों से इन लोगों ने वाहन चेक नहीं किया था और ऊपर की कमाई नहीं आ रही थी। इसलिए जितना वाहन चेकिंग होता है उसका चालान नहीं करता है उसके बदले में सेटिंग सेटिंग करके छोड़ दिया जाता है  ताकि ऊपर का पैसा पोस्ट अधिकारी और सिपाही के बीच बांटा जा सके। आला अधिकारी से अनुरोध करते हैं कि अपने किसी भी अनजान आदमी या जासूस को भेजकर यह पता लगा सकते हैं कि सबसे ज्यादा सेटिंग बैटिंग होती है और पैसे को लेकर गाड़ी को छोड़ दिया जाता है आला अधिकारी अपने मशीन को भी चेक कर सकते हैं कि इन 8 घंटों में कितनी गाड़ियों की चेकिंग हुई है और कितनी होती है और कितने गाड़ियों से सेटिंग वेटिंग होती है क्या मशीन में 10 से 20 का ही इंट्री होता है तो 8 घंटे में 10 से 20 गाड़ियों का ही चेकिंग होता है क्या और उपर के सेटिंग बेटिंग के लिए इनका जिम्मेदार कौन?जिन लोगो से गाड़ी चेकिंग के दौरान झगड़ा होता है उनके गाड़ी का फोटो यह गाड़ी नो0 ले लिया जाता है और बाद में लास्ट ड्यूटी के दौरान इनलोगो का चालान काट दिया जाता है। ताकि सरकार और ट्रैफिक एस पी का कॉलम पूरा  हो सके।

इस मौके पर प्रभारी सचिव ने कहा कि उक्त वाहनों के द्वारा कुल 120 महादलित टोलों में एईएस/ चमकी बुखार को लेकर सघन जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जाएगा। 

उन्होंने बताया कि प्रथम चरण में इससे पूर्व 324 महादलित टोलो में जो पूर्व में एईएस से प्रभावित रहे है वहां एलईडी वाहनों के माध्यम से सघन जागरूकता अभियान किया गया था।दूसरे चरण में  120 स्थानों पर एलईडी वाहनों के माध्यम से जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।  साथ ही बताया की इसके अतिरिक्त अडॉप्ट अ विलेज कार्यक्रम के तहत सघन जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जा रहा है तथा विभिन्न अन्य माध्यमों से लोगों को जागरूक किया जा रहा है।  रेफरल सिस्टम पूरी मजबूती के साथ कार्य कर रहा है जिसके सकारात्मक परिणाम दिखाई दे रहे हैं,सभी विभागों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि आपसी समन्वय के साथ एईएस पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण के मद्देनजर पूरी प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य करना सुनिश्चित करें। मौके पर सिविल सर्जन , जिला जनसंपर्क अधिकारी कमल सिंह, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी तथा डीपीएम स्वास्थ विभाग भी उपस्थित थे।

Making a grand entrance at the financial capital of India, the first Mumbai edition of Gartex Texprocess India has been inaugurated today by Smt Darshana Jardosh, Hon'ble Union Minister of State for Textiles & Railways, Government of India at the Jio World Convention Centre. As part of the Gartex Texprocess India’s knowledge forum, the exclusive Denim Talks series is ready to unravel discussion on digital manufacturing, bio dyeing technique and flash dyeing technique of indigo for the first time in India will be.

 

With Denim Show, Fabric & Trims Show and Screen Print India hosted under its umbrella, the Mumbai launch edition of Gartex Texprocess India 2022 has opened today with more than 100 exhibitors and over 250 brands on the show floor.

  बाँका। मजदूर दिवस के अवसर पर आज स्थानीय बिहार राज्य खाद्य निगम, सी एम आर केंद्र अलिगंज (बाँका) परिसर में फुड एण्ड सप्लाई वर्कर्स यूनियन, इंटक बाँका की एक भव्य बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता इंटक के जिलाध्यक्ष विनय कापरी ने किया। इस मौके पर इंटक के जिला उपाध्यक्ष सह पीएचसी के अधिवक्ता संजय झा, महामंत्री योगेश कुमार, बाँका प्रखंड इंटक अध्यक्ष बीरेन्द्र कुमार, कातो यादव, सरदार अरविंद यादव, सरदार सुबोध पासवान, सहित संयुक्त श्रम विभाग, पीडीएफ के सभी मजदूर भाई-बहन प्रमुख रूप से उपस्थित थे। 

        इस अवसर पर सर्व सम्मति से निर्णय लिया गया कि समी प्रखंडों में श्रम भवन बनाना सुनिश्चित हो, सभी मजदूरों का निबंधन हो,सभी असंगठित क्षेत्र के मजदूरों का ई-श्रम कार्ड बने, साथ ही पटना उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा सीडब्लूजेसी नंबर 18226/2012 में पारित आदेश दिनांक 01•10•2012 का अनुपालन सबों के लिए सुनिश्चित हो ताकि इस श्रम कानून कानूनों के अंतर्गत सभी बिहार राज्य खाद्य निगम के विभिन्न गोदामों मे कार्यरत मजदूरों तथा अन्य मजदूरों को सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित न्यूनतम मजदूरी का भुगतान वर्ष 2012 से होना सुनिश्चित हो सके। कल एक अभ्यावेदन प्रबंध निदेशक बिहार राज्य खाद्य एवं असैन्य आपूर्ति निगम लिमिटेड को भेजा जाएगा तथा इंटक का पांच  सदस्यीय शिष्टमंडल जिलाधिकारी, बाँका से मिलकर उन्हें हाथोंहाथ अभ्यावेदन सौपा जाएगा 

        साथ ही इंटक कार्यालय बाँका में 3 मई को इंटक का स्थापना दिवस मनाया जाएगा और उसी दिन से इस वर्ष 30 दिवसीय मजदूर दिवस प्रत्येक प्रखंडों में मनाया जाएगा।  * के पी चौहान, बाँका।
