The puja committee wanted to honor the fraternity and trying to spread awareness among the masses about the hardships and struggles of the transgender community. “Their struggle for acceptance and recognition have often left them on sidelines, society needs to support them. Regardless of their gender identity, everyone deserves to be a part of the celebrations. Our efforts are to honor and make them feel a part of the society,” said Mr. Krishna Kamble.
The incorporation of transgender individuals into the festival has transcended barriers and made them feel loved and valued.
