Cleanliness Drive Conducted at Bhagalpur Station

Under the guidance of *Shri Manish Kumar Gupta, Divisional Railway Manager, Malda*, a special cleanliness drive was conducted today (29.08.2025) at the approaches of Bhagalpur Railway Station as part of the ongoing Swachhata Abhiyan – 2025.
The drive was carried out through joint Shramdan by the Environment & Housekeeping Management (EnHM), Operating and Engineering Department of the division. The initiative focused on removal of garbage, clearance of unwanted vegetation, and improvement of the overall station surroundings to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for passengers.
Such collective efforts underline Malda Division’s commitment towards cleanliness and to spread awareness among passengers and local residents regarding the importance of a clean environment.
Malda Division appeals to all rail users to extend their cooperation and contribute towards the success of Swachhata Abhiyan 2025, thereby supporting the national mission of “Clean Rail, Clean India.”
