Station Consultative Committee Meeting Held at Malda Town Station

Today, a Station Consultative Committee Meeting was held at Malda Town Station, led by the Station Manager. The meeting was attended by members of the Station Consultative Committee, Railway officials, including the Commercial Inspectors of Malda, and other supervisors.
During the meeting, committee members raised various issues and concerns regarding passenger amenities and train operations. Discussions focused on improving facilities to enhance passenger convenience and ensure better service delivery.
The Station Consultative Committee has been formed across a total of 47 stations in the division. Similar meetings will be conducted at other key stations, including *Tinpahar,Sahibganj, Bhagalpur, and Jamalpur* in the coming days.
This initiative underscores the commitment of Indian Railways to prioritizing passenger feedback and continuously improving service standards.
