Malda Division Organizes Pension Adalat 2024 to Address Grievances of Retired Railway Employees

The Personnel Department of Malda Division organized Pension Adalat-2024 at the DRM Office, Malda, with a focus on addressing the grievances of retired railway employees. This initiative reaffirms Eastern Railway's dedication to the welfare of its pensioners, ensuring that their concerns are resolved efficiently and compassionately.
The event was graced by the *Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Malda, Shri Manish Kumar Gupta,* who emphasized the Division’s unwavering commitment to honoring its retired workforce. DRM/Malda acknowledged the significant contributions of the pensioners during their service years and assured them that their post-retirement welfare remains a top priority for the Malda Division.
During the Adalat, a total of approximately 30 retired employees and pensioners participated, utilizing this dedicated platform to discuss their issues with the concerned authorities. Many grievances were successfully resolved on the spot, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes for the pensioners and their families.
The Malda Division continues to demonstrate its commitment to the well-being of its retired employees, ensuring that their post-service requirements are met with utmost priority and efficiency.
