Reopening of Murli Halt Station Between Tinpahar-Rajmahal Section of Malda Division

The Murli Halt station, situated between the Tinpahar-Rajmahal section of the Malda Division, has officially reopened, bringing immense joy and relief to local residents. The reopening ceremony was graced by the presence of hon’ble MLA Shri Anant Kumar Ojha, ADRM/Malda Shri Sheo Kumar Prasad, and other senior railway officials. The event marks a significant step forward in regional connectivity and fulfills a long-standing demand of the local community.
Speaking on the occasion, ADRM Malda, Shri Sheo Kumar Prasad, highlighted the importance of the reopening of Murli Halt station for the community, emphasizing the railway’s commitment to improving the connectivity and convenience of passengers.

The station will now serve all 8 pairs of passenger trains operating on the Tinpahar-Rajmahal route, providing a much-needed boost to the travel options available to local residents and visitors.
