लोक अदालत के माध्यम से सुलहनीय वादों को समाप्त करें:- डीएम*

भागलपुर, दिनांक- 08.03.2024-व्यवहार न्यायालय भागलपुर में आयोजित राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में भाग लेने के उपरांत जिलाधिकारी डॉ0 नवल किशोर चौधरी ने मीडिया को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आज राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया गया है। इसमें हमलोगों ने हजारों केसों को टेक अप किया है, संबंधित को लोगों को नोटिस भेजवाया है और उनके वाद को समाप्त करने का प्रयास किया है। 

    लेकिन मैं सबसे बड़ी यह है कि जितने भी केसेज (वादें) हो रहे हैं। वह छोटे-मोटे मन के भेद के कारण  हो रहे हैं। मन में छोटा सा अंतर हुआ और व्यक्तियों के बीच में एक विवाद कायम हो गया। वह जो मन का भेद है, उसे तुरंत समाप्त करें, ताकि वह केस(वाद)के रूप में तब्दील न हो और यदि केस के रूप में तब्दील हो गया है तो छोटे से अंतर को समाप्त करें, ताकि उनका परिवार सुखी रहे, पूरा समाज सुखी रहे। और सबसे बड़ी बात कि उनकी राशि बचे।

    वे कोर्ट में आते हैं और हाजिरी लगाते हैं, वहां वकील साहब को भी पे करना पड़ता है, उन्हें आने जाने का भाड़ा लगता है, उसके बाद उस दिन की उनकी मजदूरी की क्षति होती है। इन सारे पैसों को यदि वे जोड़ेंगे तो एक केस में हजारों रुपए हमारी जनता खर्च कर रही है।

  उन्होंने कहा "मैं पूरी जनता से अपील करूंगा की वे मन के भेद को समाप्त करें।"

    उन्होंने  आगे कहा कि दूसरा यह कि सरकार की व्यवस्था है: पंचायती राज सिस्टम में एक ग्राम कचहरी का कांसेप्ट है। वहां सरपंच हैं, न्याय सचिव हैं, कचहरी सचिव हैं, यदि छोटे मोटे वाद हैं तो ग्राम कचहरी में लाएं यदि वहां वाद समाप्त हो जाते हैं, तो हमारे ज्यूडिशल सिस्टम पर कैसेज का लोड कम होगा। इससे हमारे सभी बड़े न्यायिक पदाधिकारी गण को बड़े कैसेज के डिस्पोजल में सुविधा मिलेगी। वे उन वादों में अच्छा समय दे पाएंगे और उनका निस्तारण बेहतर तरीके से होगा। 

   उन्होंने आम जनता से पुनः अपील करते हुए कहा कि अपने मन के भेद को समाप्त करें और लोक अदालत में जितने भी सुलहनीय वाद हैं उसमें एपीयर हों और सुलह करें और खुश रहें ,अपने राशि को बचाएं और अपना रोजगार बढ़ाएं।

Mumbai, March 6, 2024: As the TATA IPL frenzy hits a fever pitch ahead of the 2024 season, JioCinema launched its campaign for what promises to be yet another exciting edition. The campaign features three ad films, the first of which stars MS Dhoni in a double role. All three ad films spotlight the collective excitement of watching the TATA IPL on digital. The campaign is built on the insight that an increasing number of Indians are now opting to consume live sport on digital, including the TATA IPL which saw a record reach of 449 million last season on JioCinema.

The film, conceptualised by The Script Room and produced by Early Man Films, casts MS Dhoni in a unique double role of a grandfather and his grandson. It portrays the tongue-in-cheek story of a grandson glued to his phone screen as a riveting TATA IPL match unfolds, while the grandfather, also deeply engrossed in watching the same match on his phone, starts experiencing discomfort in his chest. On their way to the hospital in the ambulance, the medical attendant too now is seen watching the game on his phone while the grandfather and grandson humorously continue to watch the game on their respective phones at the back of the ambulance van. The plot takes a twist as the grandfather burps and they all realize the discomfort was due to a mere bout of gas. Just then a six goes off in the match, which cheers the three up, bringing the film to an end. The campaign will be breaking across TV, digital, social and print.

“The campaign draws from one of the biggest consumption shifts we’ve seen among viewers in recent times, as they migrate to digital from linear avenues to catch their daily dose of live sports action,” said JioCinema’s Creative Marketing Head Shagun Seda. साथ यौन शोषण उनकी सामूहिक अस्मिता का हनन एवं उनके परिवारों पर सुनियोजित अत्याचार, राज्य सरकार द्वारा संरक्षित अपराधियों द्वारा किया जा रहा है, इसी को लेकर लंगट सिंह महाविद्यालय से कलमबाग चौक तक आक्रोश मार्च निकाला गया।

 मुजफ्फरपुर महानगर जिला संयोजक मयंक मिश्रा ने कहा पश्चिम बंगाल के संदेशखाली में हिंदू महिलाओं के साथ तृणमूल कांग्रेस के नेताओं द्वारा बलात्कार की घटनाएं मानवता को झकझोर देने वाली हैं। तृणमूल कांग्रेस का पूरा नेतृत्व आरोपियों को बचाने में लगा हुआ है। यह सब 1946 में स्वतंत्रता-पूर्व संयुक्त बंगाल के नोआखाली की विध्वंसक घटना की याद दिला रहा है।

पश्चिम बंगाल के संदेशखाली क्षेत्र की महिलाओं के साथ यौन शोषण एवं उनकी अस्मिता का हनन जिहादी समूह द्वारा किया जा रहा है। अधिकांश पीड़ित महिलाएं अत्यंत पिछड़े एवं अनूसूचित वर्ग की हैं।

लंगट सिंह महाविद्यालय सह मंत्री कुमारी नैना ने कहा की पश्चिम बंगाल के संदेशखाली में मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी की वोट-बैंक की संकीर्ण राजनीति के कारण महिलाओं की अस्मिता के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वाली ताकतें चरम पर हैं, जो मानवता को शर्मसार करने का कार्य कर रही हैं। तृणमूल कांग्रेस के नेताओं द्वारा पश्चिम बंगाल के संदेशखाली में हिंदू महिलाओं और नाबालिग कन्याओं को चिन्हित कर उनका भयपूर्वक अपहरण कर पार्टी कार्यालय में लाकर अत्याचार और दुराचार के कई मामले सामने आए हैं, जो संपूर्ण मानवता को शर्मसार करने वाले हैं

प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी सदस्य उजमा फातिमा ने कहा कि भारत की माननीय राष्ट्रपति से पश्चिम बंगाल में ममता बनर्जी सरकार के नेतृत्व में चल रहे सत्ता प्रायोजित एवं सत्ता सम्पोषित हिंसा और महिलाओं की सामूहिक अस्मिता के हनन पर अविलंब अंकुश लगाए जाने और संदेशखाली की पीड़ित महिलाओं को त्वरित न्याय प्रदान करने की मांग करती है। मौके पर अभाविप के कॉलेज अध्यक्ष सुशांत सिंह, दिपेश कुमार, आलोक कुमार, दीपक सिंह, उज्ज्वल कुमार, निखिल कुमार, कार्तिक कुमार पांडे, किशलय, विश्वजीत, नवीन, अर्णव, अंकित, सिद्धर्थ, रिचा , अंजली,प्रिया, किशन के अलावा सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित थे।

उपरोक्त बातें आज संपूर्ण भारत क्रांति पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव झारखंड छत्तीसगढ़ प्रभारी विजय शंकर नायक ने स्पेन की महिला से गैंगरेप होने पर अपनी प्रतिक्रिया में कहीं । उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि यह घटना झारखंड को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर बदनाम करने की घटना है जिसे कदापि बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाना चाहिए और सरकार को गंभीरता पूर्वक कड़े कदम उठाने चाहिए ताकि ऐसी घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति फिर से ना हो सके ।

          सर्वसम्मति से यह निर्णय लिया गया कि " डायनामिक कृषांग क्रिकेट चैम्पियनशिप, सीजन- 4 " की शुरुआत आगामी 10 मार्च 24 से स्थानीय आर एम के स्कूल मैदान पर खेला जाएगा। इसमें बाँका जिला के धुरंधर टीमों के अलावा अन्य चार जिले से एक- एक टीम भी भाग लेगी। 

        संजय ने कहा कि इच्छुक टीमें दिनांक 7 मार्च 24 तक अपना विधिवत इंट्री करा लें। इंट्री फीस मात्र 1100 सौ रुपए रखा गया है। इच्छुक टीमें शिवनारायण झा, चंदन कुमार, प्रदीप कुमार, चंदन चौधरी, प्रदीप भगत और गौरव किशोर झा में से एक से संपर्क कर अपने टीम का इंट्री करा कर लें। श्री झा ने कहा की यह इनामी टूर्नामेंट है और विजेता टीम को 41000 हजार रुपए और उप विजेता टीम को 25000 हजार रुपए के साथ- साथ अन्य ढेरों इनामी राशि और पारितोषिक दिए जाएंगे।

भागलपुर, 29 फरवरी 2024:-भागलपुर जिला पदाधिकारी श्री नवल किशोर चौधरी जी के अध्यक्षता में जिला समीक्षा भवन सभागार में भारतीय अन्तर्देशीय जलमार्ग प्राधिकरण , पटना के द्वारा जल मार्ग विकास परियोजना -2 ( अर्थ गंगा) जलमार्ग संख्या -1 को आम जन के लिए उपलब्ध कराने हेतु जिले के सुल्तानगंज में निर्मित सामुदायिक जेट्टी के बारे में बताया गया साथ ही गंगा को जलमार्ग के साथ साथ आर्थिक व सामाजिक रूप से उपयोगी बनाने

  हेतु कहलगांव,तिनटागा, बटेश्वर स्थान में भी जेट्टी का निर्माण कराया जायेगा।

    इस मौके पर एडीएम भागलपुर, महापौर, निदेशक जलमार्ग प्राधिकरण पटना कार्यालय एल के रजक,उप निदेशक राकेश कुमार, अजय द्विवेदी, पूनम मिश्रा, अभिषेक कुमार उपाध्याय एवं सुमन सौरभ उपस्थित थे।

उल्लेखनीय है कि भारतीय अंतर्देशीय जलमार्ग प्राधिकरण (आईडब्ल्यूएआई) भारत में अंतर्देशीय जलमार्गों के विकास और विनियमन के लिए पत्तन, पोत परिवहन और जलमार्ग मंत्रालय के तहत एक स्वायत्त निकाय है। जल मार्ग विकास परियोजना (जेएमवीपी), भारत सरकार की एक प्रमुख परियोजना है, जिसका उद्देश्य नौवहन (नेविगेशन) के व्यावसायिक रूप से सतत और सुरक्षित माध्यम के रूप में राष्ट्रीय जलमार्ग -1 (गंगा नदी) की क्षमता में वृद्धि करना है।

   अर्थ गंगा को जेएमबीपी के तहत सतत विकास मॉडल के सिद्धांतों पर आधारित दृष्टिकोण पर जेएमबीपी-॥ के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है। परियोजना के प्रमुख प्रभावों में पर्यावरण और सुरक्षा, उन्नत सांस्कृतिक विरासत, क्षेत्रीय एकीकरण को सुदृढ़ करना और प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष रोजगार के अवसरों का सृजन शामिल है।

    इस कार्यक्रम के तहत, स्थानीय समुदायों को जलमार्गों के माध्यम से अपने माल और यात्री (पर्यटकों सहित) की आवाजाही का अवसर प्रदान करके उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार, झारखंड और पश्चिम बंगाल राज्यों से गुजरने वाले / को कवर करने वाले राष्ट्रीय जलमार्ग-1 (एनडब्ल्यू-1) के भीतरी इलाकों में और उसके आसपास आर्थिक गतिविधियों पर साथ ही कौशल विकास और सार्वजनिक निजी क्षेत्र क्षमता विकास पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया है। अर्थ गंगा के अनुमानित लाभों में किसानों, व्यापारियों और गंगा बेल्ट के आसपास रहने वाले लोगों को आर्थिक लाभ, लघु उद्योगों का विकास, रोजगार के अवसर आदि शामिल हैं। जेएमबीपी परियोजना के अर्थ गंगा कार्यक्रम के तहत, राष्ट्रीय जलमार्ग 1 पर लगभग 60 स्थानों पर सामुदायिक जेट्टियों विकसित की जा रही हैं, जो कि क्षेत्र के सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास में योगदान देंगी। 

सामुदायिक जेट्टी के परिकल्पित लाभ निम्नलिखित  हैं:

    जलमार्गों के माध्यम से सब्जियों, फलों, फूलों, डेयरी उत्पादों, मछली, लकड़ी आदि के उत्पादकों के लिए निकटतम बाजार तक सीधी पहुंच।

     गंगा नदी के तट पर महत्वपूर्ण धार्मिक मंदिरों और तीर्थयात्राओं के माध्यम से पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देना।

     कृषि-प्रसंस्करण से संबंधित कई लघु उद्योगों रेशम बुनाई, डिजाइनिंग और डाइ, पत्थर पर नक्काशी,

     हेंडलूम, जूट बॉल हैंगिंग, लकड़ी के क्राफ्ट आदि को कच्चे माल और उत्पादों के परिवहन में बढ़ावा मिलेगा।घ) सड़क पर भीड़भाड़ और उत्सर्जन में कमी।

     पर्यटन उद्योग को बढ़ावा देकर, स्थानीय बाजारों की पहुंच, भीतरी इलाकों की संपर्कता, लघु उद्योगों आदि को बढ़ावा देकर स्थानीय लोगों को रोजगार देना।

अर्थ गंगा परियोजना के अंतर्गत भागलपुर जिले में सुल्तानगंज, तिनटंगा, कहलगांव और बटेश्वरस्थान नामक स्थानों पर 04 सामुदायिक जेट्टियाँ स्थापित की जा रही हैं।

अपना आभार व्यक्त करते हुये और अपने प्रशंसकों के साथ इस खास मुलाकात के बारे में बताते हुये रोहिताश्व गौड़ ने कहा, ‘‘मुझे यह जानकर बहुत खुशी होती है कि मेरे प्रशंसकों को मेरा परफाॅर्मेंस और किरदार अच्छा लगता है और वे उसकी तारीफ करते हैं। उनसे मिलकर मुझे खुशी मिलती है, लेकिन मस्कुलर डिस्ट्राॅफी से पीड़ित प्रशंसकों से विदा लेते समय अक्सर मेरी आंखों में आंसू आ जाते हैं। इन हौसलामंद और प्रेरणादायक लोगों से मिलना और उनके मुंह से ‘लड्डू के भैय्या‘ सुनना सम्मान की बात है। मैं यह जानकर हैरान रह गया कि सभी मरीज नियमित तौर पर हमारा शो देखते हैं। साथ ही मुझे यह भी पता चला कि हिमाचल प्रदेश के सोलन में ‘मानव मंदिर‘ नाम का एक इंडियन एसोसिएशन डिस्ट्राॅफी (आईएएमडी) है, जोकि एशिया का सबसे बड़ा इंस्टीट्यूट है, जिसे मस्कुलर डिस्ट्राॅफी से ग्रस्त भाई-बहनों विपुल गोयल और संजना गोयल द्वारा चलाया जाता है। अपने प्रशंसकों से मिलना और उनके अटूट समर्थन को महसूस करना एक कलाकार के रूप में मेरे सफर को बहुत ही बेहतरीन बनाता है और हम सभी को एकजुट करने में कहानी कहने और सिनेमा की ताकत की याद दिलाता है। प्यार और फीडबैक के उनके अलग-अलग भाव वाकई में बहुत असाधारण हैं और दिल को छू जाते हैं। मैं उनके जीवन में आनंद और खुशी लाने के अवसर की सराहना करता हूं और उनके निरंतर प्रेम एवं प्रशंसा के लिये आभारी हूं। मुझे ऐसे अद्भुत दर्शकों से फिर से मिलने एवं उनके साथ सकारात्मकता भरे पल बिताने का बेसब्री से इंतजार रहेगा।‘‘

भागलपुर,28 फरवरी 2024. भागलपुर को जल्द ही एक बड़े हवाई अड्डा मिलने की उम्मीद बढ़ गई है। आज जिलाधिकारी डॉ नवल किशोर चौधरी अपर समाहर्त्ता अजय कुमार सिंह एवं अन्य राजस्व अधिकारियों के साथ गोराडीह में चिन्हित 475 एकड़ जमीन का अवलोकन किया, साथ ही जमीन की स्थिति की समीक्षा की।

    उन्होंने चिह्नित जमीन की पैमाइश करवाने तथा जमीन को अतिक्रमण मुक्त करवाने हेतु कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश राजस्व अधिकारियों को दिए।
