DIVISIONAL RAILWAY USERS CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE (DRUCC) MEETING HELD AT MALDA

A meeting of the Divisional Rail Users Consultative Committee (DRUCC) of Malda Division was held at the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) office at Malda today (6.10.2023). The meeting was presided over by Sri Vikas Chaube, the Divisional Railway Manager, Malda who is also chairman of DRUCC. DRM/Malda briefed the members about the notable achievements of the division. Various issues related to passenger amenities at the Railway stations that fall under Malda Division were discussed during the meeting. 

During the meeting, DRUCC members engaged in constructive discussions covering a wide range of important topics including Provisions of Passenger Amenities, Improvement of Services & Facilities, Matters of Public Interest & Convenience etc. The members remain committed to enhance the Railway experience for all the passengers and stakeholders.

Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Sri Pawan Kumar welcomed the Members.  While other Senior Divisional Railway Officers also present at the meeting.
