पटना:तक्षशीला एजुकेशन सोसाइटी के भू- स्वामी एवं निर्माता पर पटना नगर निगम द्वारा पास नक्शा के अनुरूप निर्माण नहीं करने के लिए विजिलेंस केस किया जा रहा है। इसके साथ ही *इस घटना से बगल के आवासित अपार्टमेंट में एवं सड़क पर भी नुकसान हुआ है एवं सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से भी यह खतरनाक है, इसके लिए पटना नगर निगम द्वारा प्राथमिकी भी दर्ज करवाई जा रही रही है।* बता दें कि इनके द्वारा स्वीकृत नक्शा से अलग निर्माण करवाया गया है। बता दें कि एक बेसमेट की स्वीकृति लेकर दो बेसमेट का भी निर्माण किया जा रहा है। स्वीकृत नक्शा में एक बेसमेंट जिसकी गहराई रोड लेवल से मात्र 1.80मी ( लगभग 6 फीट ) जमीन तल के नीचे की स्वीकृति पर प्राप्त की गई है। पटना नगर निगम की जांच में पाया गया है कि 20 से 25 फीट मिट्टी की खुदाई कर ली गई है। इसके साथ ही इसके साथ ही मिट्टी के धसाव से बचाव के लिए समुचित सुरक्षात्मक व्यवस्था भी नहीं की गई। 

इससे सुरक्षात्मक दृष्टि से भारी नुकसान हो सकता है। पटना नगर निगम द्वारा बिहार नगर पालिका अधिनियम 2007 की धारा 319 (1), 323 (1), एवं 324 (1) के तहत निर्माण को अगले आदेश तक बंद रखने का भी निर्देश दिया गया है। इसके साथ ही स्पष्टिकरण का जवाब भी 5 दिनों के अंदर देने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

अनिल रश्मि के द्वारा स्वरांजलि संस्था के संयोजक एवं पत्रकार होने की देते हैं धमकी। लोकल होने का उठाते है फायदा करते है अपना मनमाना कार्य। कभी भी ससमय नही पहुँचते है स्कूल। इनके भय से कोई भी शिक्षक बोलने को नही होते है तैयार। 

मनमर्जी से आ-जा रहे स्कूल में शिक्षक

सरकारी स्क्लों में मास्टरों (शिक्षकों) की मनमानी थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। मास्टरों की मानमानी का खामियाजा भविष्य गढ़ने पहुंचने वाले बच्चों को भुगतना पड़ रहा है। शिक्षकों के स्कूल आने-जाने का समय भी निर्धारित नहीं है। शिक्षक अपने हिसाब से स्क्ूल आ जा रहे हैं। वहीं कुछ शिक्षक विभागीय कार्यों का हवाला देकर दूरी बना ली है। 

पटना सिटी: सरकारी स्क्लों में मास्टरों (शिक्षकों) की मनमानी थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। मास्टरों की मानमानी का खामियाजा भविष्य गढ़ने पहुंचने वाले बच्चों को भुगतना पड़ रहा है। शिक्षकों के स्कूल आने-जाने का समय भी निर्धारित नहीं है। शिक्षक अपने हिसाब से स्क्ूल आ जा रहे हैं। वहीं कुछ शिक्षक विभागीय कार्यों का हवाला देकर दूरी बना ली है। शिक्षा विभाग ने तामझाम के साथ नये शिक्षा सत्र की शुरुआत की थी। इसके पहले जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी ने संस्था प्रमुखों की बैठक लेकर शिक्षकों का समय पर स्क्ूल आने की हिदायत दी थी। जिसके बाद भी स्थिति नहीं सुधर रही है। कई शिक्षक ऐसे हैं जो मुख्यालय में रहने के बजाय अन्य जिलों से आना जाना करते हैं। विभाग को भी इसकी जानकारी है। लेकिन कार्रवाई नहीं हो रही है। जिसके चलते लापरवाह शिक्षकों के हौसले बुलंद हैं।

 सबसे खराब स्थिति मारवाड़ी स्कूल पटना सिटी की है। जहां शिक्षक अपनी मर्जी से आना जाना करते हैं। संस्था प्रमुखों द्वारा कई बार चेतावनी भी दी जा चुकी है। लेकिन संस्था प्रमुख की बातों को ताख पर रख कर करते है अपना कार्य शिक्षक प्रतिनिधि अनिल रश्मि लोकल होने का देते है धमकी। इसके बाद भी लापरवाह शिक्षक सुधरने का नाम नहीं ले रहे हैं। 

 शिक्षकों की मनमानी से बच्चों की परेशानी बढ़ गई है। शिक्षकों के नहीं आने के कारण कई दिन विषयों की पढ़ाई भी नहीं हो पाती है।

जैसा कि आपने फिल्मों में कहानी सुना होगा 10:00 बजे लेट नहीं गयारह बजे भेंट नहीं ऐसे ही मामला पटना के ट्रैफिक में है आठ घंटे ड्यूटी को बजाएं करते है 6 घंटे ड्यूटी यह मामला पटना के एक पोस्ट का नहीं है सूत्रों अनुसार पटना के अधिकतर पोस्ट में ऐसा मामला देखने को मिलता है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि गर्मी का मौसम है गर्मी के मौसम को देखते हुए लोगों की ड्यूटी करने में आवागमन में परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है। लेकिन पटना के कुछ ऐसे ऐतिहासिक पोस्ट हैं जो हमेशा सुर्खियों में बने रहते हैं। चालान देने के नाम पर सेटिंग वेटिंग करने में लगे रहते हैं सेटिंग वेटिंग कर वाहन मालिक को रफू चक्कर कर दिया जाता है। सूत्रों से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार इन दिनों ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने वसूली के अपने कई ठिकाने बना लिए हैं। राजस्व की बसूली करना भी गलत बात नहीं बहुत अच्छी बात है ताकि राज्य सरकार को राजस्व का पता चल सके लेकिन राजस्व देने के बजाय सेटिंग वेटिंग कर मामला को ऑन द स्पॉट खत्म कर दिया जाता है। सूत्रों से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार इन दिनों ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने वसूली के अपने कई ठिकाने बना लिए हैं।घनकी यातायात पोस्ट,जिलो माइल यातायात पोस्ट, मसौड़ी मोड़ यातायात पोस्ट,बैरिया बस स्टैंड यातायात पोस्ट,पहाड़ी यातायात पोस्ट,बोरींग रोड यातायात पोस्ट,तपस्या यातायात पोस्ट,हाइकोर्ट यातायात पोस्ट, पी एम सी एच यातायात पोस्ट, कुलहरिया काम्प्लेक्स यातायात पोस्ट,गांधी मैदान यातायात पोस्ट, कुमहरार ट्रैफिक पोस्ट, इन ठिकानों में कई ऐसे अन्य ठिकाने हैं। बदहाल व्यवस्था के लिए आए दिन सुर्खियों में बने रहने वाली यातायात पुलिस ना जाने कब अपने कर्तव्य मार्ग पर वापस आएगी। हालांकि आला अधिकारियों को अपने स्थर गोपनीय रूप से इस मामले की जांच कर सच्चाई की गहराई से जांच की जाए।

 विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस, पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा के लिए लोगो को जागरूक करने का उद्देश्य देता है। इस साल, पर्यावरण दिवस पर उत्तराखंड में स्थित शिप्रा नदी को साफ करने के लिए बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री वरीना हुसैन ने एक उत्साही प्रकृति संरक्षक के रूप में अपनी भूमिका को अपनाया और इस कारण में शामिल हो गईं।

पर्यावरण संरक्षण को लेकर हमेशा से जुनूनी रहने वाली अभिनेत्री वरीना हुसैन ने प्रकृति के प्रति अपना प्रेम व्यक्त करते हुए अपना एक पूरा दिन पर्यावरण के संरक्षण में भितया| इस दौरान अभिनेत्री ने पर्यावरण की रक्षा के लिए लगातार अपनी प्रतिभा दिखाई है।

वरीना हुसैन विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस पर उन गतिविधियों में अपना योगदान दिया जो प्रकृति संरक्षण के महत्व पर प्रकाश डालती हैं। वह उत्तराखंड वन विभाग के साथ शिप्रा नदी सफाई अभियान का हिस्सा बनीं, सिपरा नदी में हुई पूजा से अपने सोशल मीडिया पर तस्वीरें शेयर करते हुए अभिनेत्री ने कैप्शन दिया, "विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस के सम्मान में धरती माता को नमस्कार 🙏🏻, उत्तराखंड वन विभाग शिप्रा नदी को साफ करने के लिए एक अविश्वसनीय कदम उठा रहा है। आपके प्रयास सराहनीय हैं, दिल से शुक्रिया 💚🌊"

पर्यावरण की रक्षा के लिए वरीना की जागरूकता लोगो  पर्यावरण संरक्षण  को लेकर जागरूक होने का सन्देश देते है।अपने दिन-प्रतिदिन के जीवन में, उन्होंने हमेशा पर्यावरण के अनुकूल अपने कर्तव्य   के बारे में बात की है, जैसे रीसाइक्लिंग, प्लास्टिक के उपयोग को कम करना और पुन : प्रयोज्य  होने वाले वस्तुओं और  विकल्पों को बढ़ावा देना। हाल ही में एक इंटरव्यू  में वरीना ने कहा" मैं अपना खाली समय प्रकृति को समर्पित करती हूं क्योंकि पर्यावरण की रक्षा करना सिर्फ एक बार की घटना नहीं है, बल्कि जीवन का एक तरीका है। 

शिप्रा नदी में विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस मनाकर, वरीना ने दूसरे लोगों को भी  प्रकृति से जुड़ने और इसके संरक्षण में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने के लिए प्रेरित करने का लक्ष्य रखा। जैसा कि दुनिया पर्यावरणीय चुनौतियों का सामना कर रही है, यह देखना खुशी की बात है कि वरीना हुसैन जैसी हस्तियां बदलाव की वकालत करने के लिए अपने प्रभाव का उपयोग कर रही हैं।

श्री नीलोत्पल मृणाल ने कहा की मुंबई भी ऐसे बॉम ब्लास्ट और घटना से पीड़ित रहा है और मुंबई का जोश और यहाँ के लोग देश के साथ हमेशा खड़े रहते हैं और इस दुखद घड़ी में पूरा मुंबई और यहाँ के लोग उड़ीसा ट्रेन हादसे मे मारे गये लोगों के साथ खड़ा है।

 जमशेदपुर : वट सावित्री व्रत शुक्रवार यानी आज मनाया जा रहा है। महिलाएं पति की दीर्घायु के लिए व्रत रख विधि-विधान से पूजन-अर्चन कीं। धार्मिक मान्यता के अनुसार, माता सावित्री अपने पति के प्राणों को यमराज से छुड़ाकर ले आई थीं। ऐसे में महिलाएं अपनी पति की लंबी आयु के लिए इस व्रत को रखती हैं।

जानिए वट सावित्री व्रत का महत्व….

पंडित डॉ. जोखन पांडेय शास्त्री के अनुसार, वट सावित्री व्रत में प्राचीन समय से बरगद के पेड़ की पूजा करने की परंपरा चली आ रही है। इसमें एक पौराणिक कथा भी जुड़ी है। मान्यता है कि वट वृक्ष ने ही सत्यवान के मृत शरीर को अपनी जटाओं के घेरे में सुरक्षित रखा था, जिससे कोई उसे नुकसान न पहुंचा सके। इसलिए वट सावित्री व्रत में प्राचीन समय से बरगद की पूजा होती है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि बरगद के वृक्ष में भगवान ब्रह्मा, विष्णु और महेश तीनों का वास होता है। इसकी पूजा करने से पति के दीर्घायु होने के साथ ही उत्तम स्वास्थ्य की प्राप्ति होती है।

जैसा कि आपने फिल्मों में कहानी सुना होगा 10:00 बजे लेट नहीं गयारह   बजे भेंट नहीं ऐसे ही मामला पटना के ट्रैफिक में है आठ घंटे ड्यूटी को बजाएं करते है 6 घंटे ड्यूटी यह मामला पटना के एक पोस्ट का  नहीं है सूत्रों अनुसार पटना के अधिकतर पोस्ट में ऐसा मामला देखने को मिलता है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि गर्मी का मौसम है गर्मी के मौसम को देखते हुए लोगों की ड्यूटी करने में आवागमन में परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है। लेकिन पटना के कुछ ऐसे ऐतिहासिक पोस्ट हैं जो हमेशा सुर्खियों में बने रहते हैं। चालान देने के नाम पर सेटिंग वेटिंग करने में लगे रहते हैं सेटिंग वेटिंग कर वाहन मालिक को रफू चक्कर कर दिया जाता है। सूत्रों से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार इन दिनों ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने वसूली के अपने कई ठिकाने बना लिए हैं। राजस्व की बसूली  करना भी गलत बात नहीं बहुत अच्छी बात है ताकि राज्य सरकार को राजस्व का पता चल सके लेकिन राजस्व देने के बजाय सेटिंग वेटिंग कर मामला को ऑन द स्पॉट खत्म कर दिया जाता है। सूत्रों से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार इन दिनों ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने वसूली के अपने कई ठिकाने बना लिए हैं।घनकी यातायात पोस्ट,जिलो माइल यातायात पोस्ट, मसौड़ी मोड़ यातायात पोस्ट,बैरिया बस स्टैंड यातायात पोस्ट,पहाड़ी यातायात पोस्ट,बोरींग रोड यातायात पोस्ट,तपस्या यातायात पोस्ट,हाइकोर्ट यातायात पोस्ट, पी एम सी एच यातायात पोस्ट, कुलहरिया काम्प्लेक्स यातायात पोस्ट,गांधी मैदान यातायात पोस्ट, कुमहरार ट्रैफिक पोस्ट, इन ठिकानों में कई ऐसे अन्य ठिकाने हैं। बदहाल व्यवस्था के लिए आए दिन सुर्खियों में बने रहने वाली यातायात पुलिस ना जाने कब अपने कर्तव्य मार्ग पर वापस आएगी। हालांकि आला अधिकारियों को अपने स्थर गोपनीय रूप से इस मामले की जांच कर सच्चाई की गहराई से जांच की जाए।
